The Program is delivered to you for educational and informational purposes only. Should you decide to continue with the Program, then you agree to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in these Terms as a condition to participate and enjoy our Service.

The Company cannot and does not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. None of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings, and we do not offer any legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. Use caution and always consult your accountant, lawyer or professional advisor before acting on this or any information related to a lifestyle change or your business or finances. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your registration here you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for your decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance.

For live sessions or events, if any changes occur to the event due to weather, location or state of emergencies, your investment will be transferred to an upcoming event.

Our Company will not be required to treat any Submission as confidential, and may use any Submission in its business (including without limitation, for products or advertising) without incurring any liability for royalties or any other consideration of any kind, and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in future Company operations. By making a Submission, you are guaranteeing to us that you have the legal right to post the content in the Submission and that it will not violate any law or the rights of any person or entity.
